Troubleshooting
How do I update my location or growing region?
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Tap Current Growing Region.
- Search for your city or town.
- Select the closest matching location.
- Return to Season to refresh what is in season near you.
Why does my seasonal produce list look wrong?
Check that your growing region is set to the correct city, then refresh the app. Seasonal availability can vary by region and timing, so nearby cities may show slightly different results.
What should I do if recipes do not match my preferences?
Review your dietary preferences, ingredient exclusions, and one-time exclusions before generating another recipe. If the issue continues, contact support with the recipe name and the preference that was missed.
What if saved recipes are not showing up?
Make sure you are signed into the same account on each device. If you are using the app without an account, saved recipes may only be available locally on the device where they were created.
What can I try if the app feels stuck?
Close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, and try again. If you still see the issue, send support your device type, app version, the screen you were on, and what happened.
